A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LOWERWORX - Sascha Fuchs, Augustinusstr. 74, 41464 Neuss, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 177 9393682, E-mail: contact@lowerworx.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union. General information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not send the goods back to us unfree of charge.
  3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
